Dr. Russell has sought additional training beyond her PhD to be able to address a wide variety of problems and issues some unique to our geographical area.

Dr. Russell specializes in individual counseling and therapy. She is skilled at addressing relationship problems through individual coaching and has had good success. If it is determined you need couples counseling where both partners are present, she can refer you to a skilled marriage or relationship counselor.
